What Can Cause Swelling And Itching In The Testicle?
Hey Doc, so for about a year or two now I’ve noticed that my right testical has grown way larger then my other one. It’s started to become uncomfortable. I’ve also noticed pimple like things appearing and my testicals have become very itchy. What could be wrong?

I suggest a urinalysis for UTI and STD and an ultrasound of your testicles. Sounds perfectly benign.
