What Can Cause Symptoms Like Abdomen Pains, Back Pains, Nauseous, Vomiting?

stomach problems
A month ago I started feeling really naeous and sick. The next day I was fine, when I woke up the next morning I was running to the bathroom to throw up. after that I only became naeous every once in awhile, where sometimes I couldn't eat. There would be other times where I couldn't eat enough. I also have been getting lower abdomen pains, back pains, my feet hurt if I stand an hour, and headaches. I also get consipated every once in awhile not all the time.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since your problems of nausea, vomiting, constipation off and on, backache are present for about a months not allowing to eat sometimes can have deep rooted problems.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an opinion of your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to get started on the symptomatic treatment with a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone for nausea and vomiting, Laxative for the constipation to regularize the bowel habits.
Get investigated for blood tests of CBC, liver and kidney functions.
Tests of stool and urine.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Upper GI Endoscopy and get the further management as per the reports and clinical presentation.
