What Can Cause Tenderness On The Sole Of The Feet?

In the center of the bottom of my foot at the top pad just before my toes begin it is very tender and has been for about 6 weeks. Occasionally it will make 2 or 3 toes feel numb for a few minutes. The pain is not excruciating but lately it is a bit more noticeable. It does not affect my walking at all.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to conditions like plantar fasciitis.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. In that case, steroid injection to the sole might be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
