What Can Cause Uncontrollable Diarrhea After Hitting Head?

i hit my head really hard on the corner of the car door, a few minutes later im walking my dog and i get hit with uncontrollable diarrhea out of no where, shit my pants a lil bit. I also feel dissy and my head still hurts. Im a 21 year old female, 5 foot, 6 inches tall and weight about 115

Hi and welcome to HCM,

This could be post concussion syndrome. PCS is most commonly caused by minor head injury called a concussion. Diagnostic studies are necessary find out severity of the injury. Consult with your doctor.
