What Can Cause Vertigo Along With Nausea, Vomiting And Weakness?

I had three vertigo episodes today. Severe spinning sensation. Couldn’t stand. Nausea, vomiting and overall weakness. Occurred within an hour. Since then have slept several and have a dull slight headache. What can cause this? Can I wait until tomorrow to consult dr?

Hello,

How old are you? Since when you're suffering from this condition? Many causes for vertigo like BPPV or acute labyrinthitis or vestibular neuronitis or eustachian tube block or posterior circulation stroke or hypotension or cardiac problem.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days.

Drink plenty of water and Consult your physician he will examine and take ECG, scan brain then treat you accordingly.
