What Can Cause Weight Gain, Fatigue And Dry Hair While Suffering From Hypertension?

My blood pressure is 157/87. I have never had any issues with my blood pressure. my left side of my face feels as if my blood is continually rushing. I work out 4 times a week @ 1 hour. I am starting to gain weight, my hair is drying out and I am so very exhausted
