After about one month of insertive oral sex 2 or 3 white flat spots appear on the head of my penis. they look like having pus but there is no pus but dry. I have also pain during erection. There is burning sensation in the genital area and on the buttocks without urinating. I also felt some skiny bumps appearing and disappearing on my hands for the last few weeks. After about one week of sex I also felt some small hard area in the inner skin of my shaft but now it is little soft. Kindly diagnose.
