Today I started seeing white spots in my vision that made it hard to see well, I felt my heart racing and began to sweat. It lasted for maybe a half of an hour before my vision was back to normal but I still felt anxious. is this serious or something to worry about? what could be the cause?

Hello
It seems from the history that you had an episode of sudden onset of white spots or blackouts of vision associated with sweating and increased heart rate.
These symptoms indicate transient ischaemic attack because of decreased blood supply. The common causes are hypotension, hypovolemia, carotid artery diseases and other vascular diseases.
Hence this requires evaluation to find out the cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
