dalia goswami,of 40 years, weight- 47kg. height- 5.6 ft. suffering from gynaecological problem .Her ultrasound report is-1)tINY SEED OF INTRA -MURAL FIBROID(10MM X11MM).at anterior fundus of marginally bulky uterus. 2) elongated cystic lesion (60mmx25mm) with suspended debris & peri-lesion adhesion at right adnexa,may suggests right ovarian lesion with peri-ovarion collection. what you suggest to do
