What Can Explain Pain In Pelvis?

Over the past 3 days, my pelvis has been painful to touch, mostly on my right side as if there is a bruise just under the skin, although I haven't done anything that may have caused this. I have no other symptoms or pain, just a lot of tenderness in that area, around a golf ball sized area.

Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having appendicitis pain giving this tenderness at lower right abdomen.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile take some antispasmodic like Meftal spas for pain.
Ok and take care.
