Hi Sir/Madam
Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can certainly understand your concern and suffering .It seems that you are suffering with migraine headache according to your symptoms.it is mainly caused due to vasodilation ie blood vessel dilatation. I would suggest you to start taking propanolol and folic acid to prevent or lessen the frequency of attacks....But check your blood pressure before starting propanolol as it is antihypertensive. You can take tablet ibuprofen, to get relief from acute attack, and also sumatriptan for severe attack. If you doesn't get relief with this, try with topiramate as prophylactic, ergotamine for acute attack. It's better to get an MRI done to rule out any major pathology and consult your Psychiatrist or neurologist for further follow up

Post your further questions if any, I will available to take up your follow up questions

Thank you
