What Can I Do To Reduce BP And To Lose Weight?

My blood pressure at last check is 205/107. I know that is dangerously high. What can I do to lower my bp. I'm 68 inches and weigh 225. I dip snuff. Now I know all the correct answers. Stop dipping, lose weight, eat healthy. What are the best things for me to eat to help while I'm losing weight and quitting the snuff.
