What Can This Black Flickering Spots Be When I Pass Out?

in the morning i see black flickering spots and get dizzy feeling to the point where i almost pass out and have to sit down for about five minutes and they go away and im fine the rest of the day till the next morning and it starts over again any idea what could be happening ?

do u have fall due to this ? was it due to immediate change of posture like standing From sitting position . get ur BP checked in lying position and than stand for 2 min and thn again check BP . do u feel tired and fatigability ? are ur fluid intake sufficient ?it can be orthostatic hypotension
