What Cases Pain In The Naval Region Post A Meal?

I am a very active 25 year old male. Into fitness, as I work as a person trainer. Earlier in the day, several hours ago, I lifted, rather heavy but no more than normal... Went through my routine and everything was fine. A couple hours later I had a large meal and since that large meal I have had an intense sharp pain in the naval area.. Usually when I make movement. No nausea other than that.. Haven't had this before and I'm not sure if it's indigestion or something serious. Thanks for any input.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted that your are a fitness person and a trainer too, has your routine today, had a large meal and got this pain at the naval area.
THe most probable cause can be a small umbilical hernia which got obstructed on full stomach/meal.
Get the following done:
Consult a General Surgeon.
Get a X-ray of the abdomen in the standing position.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and the wall of the abdomen.
Once diagnosis is certain, the further management becomes easy.
