What Casues Cold Along With Body Aches And Muscle Pain?

I have felt sick for 2 days. I seem to have a cold with body aches and muscle soreness (no fever). I also have a dry cough. When I cough, I feel a sharp, burning pain in one area just below my collarbone to the right of the center of my chest. What is causing this??
