What Casues Incomplete Bowel Movements?

I have incomplete bowel movements, when wiping after the bowl movement I seem to have a green/yellow sticky substance on the tissue. I also have burning with the movement and after. The last time I had a colon exam was about 5 years ago, and the doctor did say I had some hemmorids and I never followed up with this and was wondering if this was symptoms of the hemmorids? I just turned 60 last month

Welcome to HealthCare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

I have a few questions
1. Have you noticed any bleeding while passing stool?
2. How long have you been having this?

I would suggest you to -
- Drink loads of water
- Avoid straining while passing stool
- I would start syrup Duphalac to soften the stool
- Have a diet rich in fibres
- I would also start tablet Pantoprazole to prevent bloating

Do not worry.

I would suggest you to visit a physician. He/she can examine you and correlate clinically and guide you on the exact dosage of the drugs.

Hope this helps.
Have a nice day.
Regards.
