General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of melanosis coli.
This means there are black spots in the colon and biopsy will give the proper diagnosis.
The hemorrhoids need to be seen by a General Surgeon and graded to plan a proper treatment.
Your other problems look to be acidity with GERD related.
Hence the gastritis, esophageal erosion
Chromov constipation can explain the hemorrhoids,
I would advise you the following:
PPI like Omeprazole
Antacid three hourly.
Laxative for smooth evacuation of bowel.
Motility regulators as there is food in the stomach in delayed phase also.
Further studies will help to get proper diagnosis and plan a proper treatment.
It is needed to rule out diabetes and hypothyroidism.
