What Caues Nausea After Taking Ferrous Fumarate During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 18 weeks pregnant and have recently started Iron Calcium tables. I have had extreme nausea in first trimester so Doctor had suggested me SINATE OD (Doxylamine+vit b+folic acid). But since I have started taking Ferrous fumarate, my sensation of vomiting have increased. Can I take SINATE along with Iron tablets ?

Hi, iron tablets increase nausea and vomiting so take iron tablets after meal and still u have nausea change your iron preparation .Sinate you can take 30 mint before iron tablets for few days only once acceptability for iron develops.
