What Cause A Dull Pelvic Pain And Sore Nipples After Taking Deviry?

Hey dr, i have 26 days of regular cycle . I had sex on 4 th days of period and condom broke witin 12 hours i had ipill. My periods was supposed to come on 13th spt but it got delayed i have done beta hcg it came out negative. On 18 i had very little bleeding with little cramps for 2 days even the pad was not fully soaked not even the half and when i peed tiny clot came out . I thought it was implant bleeding so i took beta hcg on 27 it came out negative again. After that i have done an ultraosund on 29 pelvic ultra sound there was no pregnacy but since i had that little bleeding i have dull pain in one side of pelvix so my dr said that it may be beacuse of harmonal changes . She gave me deviery 10 mg i took it for 5 days after stopping it has been 2 days i have sore nipples . Is there chances of pregnacy and why do i have very dull pain in one side ? There is no ovarian cyst
