First of all, some anti-epileptic drugs can cause bleeding gums and they can affect the liver function. So, you should do CBC, liver function tests and measure your blood pressure every 6 months. For seizure, you should do an MRI T2-Weighted and an EEG.The concentration of anti-epileptic drug in the blood should be done every 6 months. The results of these investigations would help us control the symptoms you suffer from.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
