What Cause Blood Appearing In Stool?

My son has been throwing up stool and sometimes blood,and he feels his gallbladder fill up and then he knows he s going to throw up is it his gallbladder??? He has had GI tests from down and up and nothing is showing up,please help me with this question,thank you

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He may have some bleeding in gastrointestinal tract. It may be due to parasitic infection, ulcer, polyp or cancer. He should go for peripheral smear examination and GI endoscopy. Find the exact cause and take treatment accordingly.
