Hi welcome to HCM.... Here after urination you have blood in wiped out tissue paper ... So investigate with your urine routine microscopic examination ....for pus cells , protein and bacteria.... If pus cells and bacteria there UTI can be there for which suitable antibiotic course given like levofloxacin .... Fruit juice and water taken more ... Avoid excess spicy foods. If urine report normal than your pelvic examination and per speculum examination needs to be done for further work up to rule out cervicitis like cause (as this bleed could be from genital tract which is nearby ) Advise : physician or gynecologist consultation.
