What Cause Continuous Fever For One Month In 3 Year Old?

Hi,

My 3.2 years old son has continuous cold for past 1.5 months and even after giving medicines he does't seem to recover fully.My worry is, is it common among children of his age or do I need to take this to next level (consulting any ENT specialist)?

Commonest cause of continuous cold of 1.5 Month is allergic rhinitis.It requires treatment in the form of antiallergic and monteleukast for longer duration.Secondly identification of allergen and its avoidance. This will be done by pediatrician. Common allergens are
