What Cause Heaviness In Breast?

Hello. I am 31 yrsold. I have a son who is 5. And i have had irregular menstrual cycle right from the beginning. I came to know i have pcod. I have a very irregular cycle. Lately i have been feeling a heaviness in my breasts as if it were when you are lactating. I was supposed to have my period 3weeks ago but i am overdue. And i am not preganant now. So what can be the reason for the heaviness in the breats.

Given your symptoms, pregnancy is a very important consideration. So, please be advised to take a home pregnancy test. If the test is negative, please follow up with your ObGyn for further evaluation and consideration of induction of menstruation.
