What Cause Itchy Eyes After Being At Lake?
Hi, I was at the lake all weekend and today my eyes were really itchy. I did a good bit of rubbing (I know you shouldn't) but now it looks as though I have scratch part of the white of my eyes. It's not just a single scratch but more of a scrape. There even seems like there is a layer hanging there. What should I do?

It seems from the history that you are having itching of the eyes following rubbing of the eyes after spending weekend at a lake.
This probably indicate corneal abrasion and conjunctival chemosis as a rresult of allergy and injury caused by rubbing of eyes.
The treatment is by use of anti allergic drugs, antibiotics and artificial tear eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
