What Cause Loose Motion For New Bone?

Hello Doctor, I have twins babies (boy & girl). They are about to complete 12 week and feeding both mother and formulation milk (Lactogen 1). They are passing lot of loose motion from last one week. Doctor has adviced to give Walamycin suspension syrup but after one week, the condition is same. Please suggest me reason of loose motion and remedy for the same.
