What Cause Lot Of Swelling And Bruising On Penis Followed By Sex?

hi doc. last week i was having sex with my girlfriend and i bent my penis slightly. there was a lot of swelling and bruising afterwards. the swelling has now gone down and the bruising is getting better but i now have this small hard lump on the side of my penis. do u think i need treatment or will this go away?
