While playing tennis (i wear boxers under my tennis shorts) I started to feel some discomfort from the tip of my penis. Upon checking I noticed the tip of my penis looked rubbed raw and was bleeding. I treated the abrasion with antiseptic and a topical anti-biotic cream and it appears to have healed. However, that same day I began to feel feverish and sore all over similar to what I feel when I have the flu. This feverish feeling lasted a couple of days. Currently, after urinating I feel a very slight burning sensation from the tip of my penis and a feeling of incomplete urination from the tip afterwards. My stomach has also felt quite unsettled since this started.
