What Cause No Sensation On The Right Side After Cleaning The Ear?

Hi, two weeks ago I was cleaning my ears when I had a funny feeling in my right ear like I didn t feel my ear my check and my head all on the right side, I when to the doctor but she couldnt see anything only lots of wax. She prescribe me Sofradex, I have been useing it for a week.it help for a couple hour but the feeling back again, now I can hear a constant noise in my brain, I don t know what can I do

The cause is most likely to be due to damage of Auriculotemporal nerve, a branch of our 5th cranial nerve. It supply the anterior wall and roof of ear drum. It also supply the adjacent area of scalp.
In most case it heals spontaneously but if not within aprox. 6months, a detailed assessment should be done.
