What Cause Pain And Burn While Urinating?

Hi I thought I had a water infection so started taking antibiotics but was having pains in vagina so got some cream but after applying it I have severe pains and when I have looked i have splits and sores and bumps almost I am in so much pain now when i urinate it burns the vagina not really the tract is it a water infection or is it something else?

Hi,

Sores, bumps and pain can be because Herpes infection which can be treated with antiviral medicine. Urine infection can cause pain and burning while passing urine but sores and bumps indicates it is something else most likely herpes.
