hi,at 36 weeks gestation the commonest cause of abdominal pain which comes and goes is labour pain.but labour pain is not in upper abdomen but in lower back and lower abdomen.secondly it will increase in intensity with passage of time.thirdly it can have associated discharge which can be blood stained.since I assume you are not having any one of the above symptoms it can be false labour or it can be intestinal cramps.and for swollen feet in pregnancy just get your bp checked to rule out hypertension and secondly it can be physiological edema so don't keep your legs hanging down for long.all the best take care.
