Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve or nerve compression.

The fact that these symptoms occur in your left arm and also in your right light is a little confounding.

Nevertheless, I would recommend performing a cervical spine X Ray study and a nerve conduction study, in order to exclude a possible pinched nerve.

An EEG may be also necessary to exclude possible partial seizures, which can lead to similar symptoms.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
