What Cause Slightly Diminished Hearing And Hissing Sound In Ear?
i have a slight hissing sound in my left ear since i received a trauma to it 4 weeks ago and the hearing is slighly diminished. when i block myright ear and listen only with my left peples voices sound robotic. i hav ben using prescribed ear drops for two weeks now but to no avail. please help....

After trauma decreased hearing with hissing occurs due to haemotympanum or due to acute vestibular injury. Perform pts to check conductive loss or sensorineural loss.in conductive loss treatment is antibiotic,xylometazoline drops decongestant.in s/N loss start steroids
