Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sore pimple spots on legs which is mainly as you developed folliculitis over the legs. It could be due to postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. I would suggest you to keep area clean and dry. Avoid exposure to oily, greasy and sharp food substances. Drink plenty of water. Clean the area with lukewarm water twice a day and apply an antibiotic cream like mupirocin gel over the area twice daily. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on scars. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. Take diet rich in vitamin E. You can take oral course of antibiotics as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
