Hallo doctor. I am an adult man aged 53 years, 70 kgs weight and 165cm tall. I had cereals in the morning, some eggs and bread around midday and spaghetti with chicken for dinner yesterday. This morning I woke up and passed a very green stool and failed to understand why as I never took any greens or salads. Furthermore over the last week or so I wake up with a dry mouth and a slightly bitter taste in the mouth. Please advise.
As per your complain you have problem of green stool that may be because of giardia protozoa infection or other intestinal condition may be ruled out. Gluten intolerance in celiac disease may cause green stool. More iron rich food consumption also lead to green stool.
