hello im emma,... 2 nights ago i was babsiting my niece when suddelny my right hand went numb and the arms was heavy to hold up and a few minutes after i noticed a lump wich im pretty sure is a vein just beside my thum it isnt soar to touch but when i do touch it my hand aches a little after and it is really worrien me ,... id love to know what it is thank you ?
Hand becomes numb when there is some sort of nerve compression and a vein has nothing to do with it. It appears that because of lifting weight you had stressed your nerves which resulted in numbness and later because of sudden overwork your muscles go into spasm as they are not habitual to do those tasks. You need to have warm saline fomentation for two three days, that's all.
