What Cause Unknowing Urination After 14 Months Of Childbirth?
While running, I felt liquid running down my legs and my shorts were soaked. I had peed unknowingly. I gave birth to my child 14 months ago, and I have never had this happen before. Is this normal? Will it happen again? How can I be sure it won't happen again.

pelvic floor muscles weeken after child birth and this is a common condition. you can do kegel exercises to help strengthen your muscles and with time you'll be fine.
