Never feel ashamed to go to doctor. Feel free to ask and share with doctors.
First thing, never hold urination symptoms for long time as it causes bladder infection. You can do urine analysis, culture test and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out causes of urge to pass urine like urinary tract infection, bladder infections or stone.
Continue exercises as advised. I will suggest you review here with detailed history or consult with urologist with reports.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
