What Caused A Bad Headache Around Left Sinus Area?

Hi my partner has a bad head ache around his left eye/sinus area, he has felt popping sensations followed by clear fluid rushing from his nose. He is getting over a cold but he has never had this happen before. It builds up and feels like pressure then popping sound/feeling

I really appreciate your concern the history given here is suggestive of frontal sinusitis, if I would be treating physician of this case, then I would definitely treat this case with the following medicine with giving advise of steam inhalation and drinking more water, this is nothing to worry it would come around soon, 1) Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day, Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
