hi dr im vinisha i mnth ago i had a missed abortion why it happend my all re[ports are ok. i had a 2 and half mnth pregnancy first u/s ok in 2nd mnth bt no cardic activity bt in second dr sy no heart beat and no growth, i had problm in pregnancy just vomiting

Please note the causes of missed abortionin your abortion:antiphospholipid ab syndrome, autoimmune disorder, diabetes, chromosomal/genetic disorder, TORCH infections, hormonal imbalance. So please consult the gynecologist and get the following test done : blood sugar, chromosomal assay, APLA test, antibody for autoimmune disorder, USG, hormone test. So go for above test and take appropriate treatment for problem
