What Caused A Sensation Of Throat Dysphagia And Head Pain?

I just had the strangest most frightening sensation. I felt as if my throat was closing over yet I was choking at the same time and a crazy pain in the right side of my head. It frightened me so much and now I m afraid to sleep. What could this have been?

HI.
Since you are writing this and interacting, means there is nothing serious about it. You have to get this confirmed by urgent endoscopy to find out that there is no actual lump or a mass in the Pharynx.
This happened due to the feeling or actually having something in the throat. Once the frightening cycle sets in the problem continues on.
