What Caused A Strong Stomach Ache On Right Side Of My Belly Last Night?
i felt strong stomach ache on right side of my belly last night. what medicine should i take? I called fortis hospital that time and one doctor said dolo-650, but the medical store guy said that it is used for fever etc. Then i called my doctor and she suggested pan-d.
Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
You could take Pan D which would reduce the acid secretion in your stomach. You might have to add an anti spasmodic to it if the pain increases. However, to know what caused the pain, I would advise you for an ultrasound of the abdomen, and also a physical examination your abdomen by the concerned doctor at the earliest possible. Further management would depend on the physical examination and the investigation reports.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
