What Caused Bleeding With Stool?

sir,since a day before yesterday i have suffered with cold exposure by chilled water and a.c. now i have throat exposure and some cough with dullness and feverish..i have taken 5 lemolate tab in 2 days..no relief. yes.night i have taken roxid150.at morning stool some blood taken out.wat i can do for it...

Probably you have upper respiratory track infection like pharyngitis.For that you took tablets (5 in 2day) may one of the cause for blood in stool.
If it persists than visit near bya general surgen and do check of local part.
