What Caused Itchy Pinhead Raised Spots Covering Both Legs And Hips?

I am female aged 68, 1week ago I developed small pin head raised spots covering both legs with some on the wrist area one or two on my trunk. They are very itchy. I am not aware of eating anything different. I have never been allergic to anything before.
