What Caused Pain And Swelling In My Penis?

Good day, hope work is going on well. Please I suddenly begin to experience pain on my penis. I have take antibiotics (Augmentin) with hope it will tackle it effectively but it has not. Now, my penis is swelling. What could be the cause of it and the medications to use. I will very much and extensively too appreciate your kind advise.
