What Caused Pimple Like Bumps On My Hips?

Hello, I have had pimple like bumps on my hips for about 6 mos. And they seem to multiply then go away so I haven't thought much about them but was wondering if you've seen them before. Some are larger than others and the pop like pimples, some have a clear fluid. Thanks.
