What Caused Sudden Development Of Lump On The Neck Behind The Ear Which Doesnt Hurt At All?

Hi I have just flown from Thailand to England and slept awkwardly the whole flight. I noticed this morning a lump in my neck behind my ear, maybe around 0.5-1cm Doesn't hurt too much and feel fine (don't feel unwell at all). Any idea what it could be? Female 50kg 5ft 2.

There can be may reasons for the bump , including an insect bite!
, lymph node enlargement!, etc
If you are not having pain , fever or ear discharge, dont worry, it will settle down!
