What Caused The Diarrhea With Acid Reflux And Nausea?

I popped what looked like a pimple on my thigh. Started off with black puss then creamy puss and then puss mixed with blood. With in an hour I felt nausea set in attempted to eat but could only stomach a little. Had diarrhea for the next 12+ hours and finally thru up what I did eat with stomach acid. Almost 24 hours I still feel awful. I don t have health insurance to go to the er so I can only lay here, what happened to me???? The place where the puss bubble was popped is sore red and inflamed

Hi welcome to HCM....

Your stool having pus plus blood...
So let me know you according to your history it looks like bacterial infection in the form of dysentery or severe gastroenteritis.....

Stool examination done....
If pus cells present with blood it could be shigella dysentery....or severe gastroenteritis.
For that take broad spectrum covering antibiotic like ofloxacine plus ornidazole for 5 days....

Meanwhile drink more water....
Avoid straining at stool....
If vomitting more domperidone can be taken...
Fruits more....
High fatty diet and non veg food avoided for few days....
Excess spicy foods avoided.

If still problem continue stool submitted for parasite detection like amebic dysentery by looking for its eggs....

USG advisable for further work up....

Consult gastroenterologist for further work up if needed....
