Hi I can t focus at work and school i am always moving and looking around i can t sit still I m disorganized and lose track of tasks easily I also get distracted easily. I can t manage time very well or prioritize properly. I can t hold a job I m always changing employers.I m fatigued all the time and very restless in my sleep even with medication for sleeping. according to your symptoms description i think u have ADHD like symptoms. mainly restlessnesss, poor concentration, forgetfullness. i will prefer to start methylphenidate for 15 days. along with u shall consult psychiatrist near by u.
