What Causes Black Skin Serous?

My mother has a kind of wart growing by her right collar bone, But since she keeps touching it, it developed a black color around it. I had already used betadine solution to avoid infections about 3 weeks ago. She is 92 and about 5 years ago she had a cancerous skin growth on her forehead removed. She is on Coumadin and is an atrial fibrillation patient. Is the black skin serous?
